Key Responsibilities - SHIFT - 05.30PM IST - 02.30AM IST

• Produce creative, innovative, effective websites and landing pages using WordPress
• Optimize sites for maximum speed and scalability
• Customization of existing WordPress plugins and themes and create themes based on custom requirements
• Deploy applications on production and staging web servers
• Troubleshoot bugs, maintain and enhance existing websites
• Ensuring website function and stability across devices i.e. desktop, mobile, tablet
• Communicate with marketing team to suggest new features and maintain WordPress website
• Creation of clean, logical, well-documented and re-usable code
• Search Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, and Digital Marketing
• Build marketing collaterals: Banners, Logos, Social Infographics, Power Point Presentations, Case Studies and Whitepapers

Required Skills and Experience

• 3 plus years of experience in web designing
• Good working knowledge of PHP / CSS / jQuery / VISUAL COMPOSER / HTML
• Working knowledge of Wordpress themes and plugins such as Elementor and Visual Composer
• Comfortable working with debugging tools: Firebug and Chrome inspector

• Understand Cascading Style Sheet (CSS) changes and their impact on design and layout to ensure consistent style across platforms and browsers
• Ability to convert comprehensive layouts and wireframes into working HTML pages
• Understanding of industry trends, content management systems, web development process, graphic design
• Experience in Woo-commerce, Multi-lingual, Membership and Subscription websites
• Basic Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Content Management knowledge
• Knowledge of UI Design tools: Adobe CC, Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver
• Knowledge of marketing tool such as Pardot/Marketo for forms integration
