Roles and Responsibilities : Responsible for the conceptualization and execution of enterprise solutions for a variety of digital team-member experiences

Works on interactive design projects that meet both user & business objectives, while maintaining & supporting brand standards

Drive the product from discovery & framework through iterative development & delivery

Guide product design decisions through user research, customer development & iterative feedback

Bring in-depth knowledge & experience in research, visual design, consulting or development

Strike the balance between user goals & business goals

Responsible for user research, wire framing, interaction design, prototyping & visual design

Collaborate closely with Product Managers & Developers

Desired Candidate Profile : 5+ years of related experience in end-to-end UX design processes

Strong portfolio of case studies explaining the design journey of the products you have worked on

Experience in practicing and facilitating user-centered design methodologies to help product team members better understand their users, develop outcome-based roadmaps, and deliver greater value faster

Strong communication skills to articulate design solutions and requirements across varied stakeholders

Desirable Requirements :

Experience in designing native mobile apps and web-based dashboard tools

Knowledge about Accessibility, WCAG guidelines

Updated with latest Android and iOS design guidelines
