Roles & Responsibilities

• Monitor the website with the help of several diagnostic tool, respond to site alerts and helpdesk tickets
• Analyzing performance requirements, documentation, scripting test cases, execution and analyzing results
• Be part of the Operations team and support the website in an on call rotation basis managing site issues, outages and releases
• Experience with performing root cause analysis for system and app issues
• Troubleshoot and help resolve system and software defects
• Work successfully within an Agile environment partnering with the Scrum teams and bringing operations perspective early on in the dev process
• Identify root-case of issues, and spike (design) optimal solution and do KT to the developers. If needed, develop the solution using coding best practices.
• Identify software development anti-patterns and provide alternate best practices and design patterns.
• Define software coding / development best practices (in the context of Azure, Angular, Spring boot) and mentor developer community.
• Participate in daily Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, Retros, etc.) and provide updates on the tasks
• Actively craft and implement innovative Azure cloud solutions
• Design, implement and support Microsoft Azure solutions that meets technical, security, and business requirements for modern workloads.

Skills Required:

Java/JEE - 5+ Years

App Dynamics, New Relic, Spunk, Vsphere, Solatwinds, Orion Etc

Apache/Tomcat Web Services, JBOSS

Databases - Oracle & SQL servers

Azure Cloud Services, DevOps, Azure Automation, Azure CLI, Powershell, Terraform, Azure AD Solutions.
