1. Ability to work with the customer product owners to understand the existing product functionalities and features
2. Work with Product Owners and Analysts to design test strategies, test plan and write test cases
3. Must perform manual testing using white box and black box testing
4. Must create test reports and present to project sponsors and stakeholders
5. Actively participate in user acceptance testing
6. Participate with Project Managers in SCRUM meetings to understand and track current progress
7. Conduct sprint demos of the accomplishments
8. Hands on experience with automation testing will be added advantage
9. Any knowledge on Selenium will be added advantage

Must Have -

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
2. Must have worked in Agile environment using SCRUM
