Roles and Responsibilities

"•Working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, development of plugins

 

•Testing and documenting the CRM configuration

 

•Development & Integration of CRM system with other systems.

 

•CRM plugin development

 

•Troubleshooting CRM plugins and fixing defects.

 

•Customer communication for day to day activities and requirements understanding"

 
 

 

Desired Candidate Profile

"•Experience of working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.

 

•Experience of testing and documenting the CRM configuration

 

•Experience of developing and implementing integrations between the CRM system and other systems.

 

•Experience with programming skills in C#, JavaScript, HTML, CSS for website portal content management, develop efficient client side scripting using JQuery, Plug-In, Work Flows, Custom Business Processes

 

•Experience of CRM plugin development
