What will your role look like

• Implement end-to-end HRSD and oversee the performance and execution of multiple HRSD processes within ServiceNow
• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of the ServiceNow HRSD platform to ensure that users are being supported in meeting their business needs
• Handle customer expectation setting and control and team management
• Develop high level design documents addressing the business, infrastructure, security, support and operational needs of a solution
• Demonstrate strong prioritization, time management and organizational skills
