ARK-Technology is looking for an ASP.Net Web Developer. who will be involved in developing innovative new features and improvements for solutions of our principal software house in the UK.
Duties :
• Develop and deliver a range of web and software applications.
• To take the lead technical role on certain projects and overseeing their delivery.
• Liaise with clients in the UK confidently and identify and deliver their requirements.
• Support business requirements through IT development and direct customer support.
• Work within an existing effective development team.
• Provide comprehensive documentation throughout the development.

Desired Candidate Profile

The successful candidate will need to have good knowledge and commercial experience of building database driven websites, using the following technologies:
• Microsoft.Net, C#
• MVC
• MS SQL Server with NHibernate.
• Web APIs/REST integration
• HTML, XML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, AJAX & Bootstrap etc.
In addition, knowledge/experience in the following areas would be advantageous:
• Object oriented programming concepts.
• Relational database design and querying concepts for implementing database driven applications.
• Version control concepts and experience of documentation and quality control.
• .Net Core
• Crystal Reporting.
• XML and JSON feeds
• Configuring web hosting in both shared and dedicated environments.
• MS Azure Services
• Experience using React
Candidate Profile :
• 3 year development experience in a development environment
• Ability to complete all phases of the software development lifecycle including; analysis, design, deliver functionality, testing and support.
• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent in a relevant subject.
• A structured and transparent approach to his/her work delivery, so that their work can be picked up and understood by colleagues.
• Must have an excellent command in English as he/she will need to communicate effectively with British development team, and also customers in the UK.
• Resident of Greater Cairo.
In addition to:
• Must be self-motivated, organized and positive team player with good communication skills, as he/she will need to communicate effectively internally, and externally.
• Initiative to work independently, but also has the ability to accept and follow instructions.
• Results oriented, creative and with a strong sense of accountability.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong problem-solving abilities and an aptitude for learning new technologies.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills i.e. must have the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a busy and demanding environment.
