Job Responsibilities :

- Translate the client's business requirements into a set of analytical tasks

- Work independently on business problems and generate meaningful insights

- Able to filter through ambiguity present in business problems & come up with a well-structured methodology

- Articulate analysis findings efficiently with an on-shore team

- Proactively identify, prioritize, and conduct analysis that drives meaningful change on KPIs and critical objectives for the Client.

Must have :

- 3+ years of experience in data analytics role with expertise in Tableau/Powerbi

- Experience in Snowflake is a must.

- Must have a working knowledge of different types of charts, tables, filters, calculated fields, parameters, functions, blending, LODs, etc. in Tableau/PowerBI

- Ability to build medium to complex interactive dashboards using a different type of data sources in Tableau

- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills

- Strong verbal and business communication skills

- Skill in identifying data issues and anomalies during the analysis

- Strong business acumen & demonstrated an aptitude for analytics that incite action

Good to have :

- Experience in Python, SQL and other programming languages, Web Automation, Excel VBA
