Work you'll do
Provides leadership and oversight for Architecture, DevOps, client specific deliverables, portfolio compliance, and day-to-day operations across the iCMS Tax team. Responsible for implementing the Tax technology strategy, the development of system requirements and the coordination of technology services delivery for Tax operations. Proactively anticipates customer needs and identifies/champions opportunities for the development and implementation of new services and methods which meet or exceed customer needs. Delivers services against defined service standards and utilizes feedback mechanisms to ensure criteria are met. Regularly interface with PMDs and/or DevOps personnel in the Tax practice on initiatives and/or operational issues.

Qualifications
Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency.
Advanced understanding of cyber security, cloud, compute, and storage technologies.
Proven ability to managing a virtual Team (>15 professionals) and collaborate across a matrixed organization to achieve desired results. Specifically, in the following areas:
