Lead Developer - FULL STACK DEVELOPER / PROJECT MANAGER

A Full Stack Project Manager is a project manager that has a skill set allowing him to understand all aspects of the project or product they are directing development on. He/She is a highly technical project manager with a deep background in design and communication, and can critically look at the work being proposed as part of the project.

Experience

5 to 6 Years overall experience in web portal and mobile application development. Inclusive of minimum of 1 year experience as a Lead Developer managing a team of 8-10 developers. Should have experience in managing medium sized projects using Agile principles.

Lead Developer Responsibilities:

• Developing front end website architecture.
• Designing user interactions on web pages.
• Developing back-end website applications.
• Creating servers and databases for functionality.
• Ensuring cross-platform optimization for mobile phones.
• Ensuring responsiveness of applications.
• Working alongside graphic designers for web design features.
• Seeing through a project from conception to finished product.
• Designing and developing APIs.
• Meeting both technical and consumer needs.
• Staying abreast of developments in web applications and programming languages.
• Ability to create a high performing team.
• Ability to couple project objectives with business strategy.

Lead Developer Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Proficiency with fundamental front-end languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript and Typescript.
• Familiarity with frameworks such as Angular JS, ReactJS, Flutter and
• Proficiency with server-side languages such as Python, Java, PHP, C#, Objective-C, node and .Net.
• Familiarity with Spring and Kotlin for iOS and Android Development.
• Familiarity with database technology such as MySQL, Oracle, and MongoDB.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail of the projects.
• Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with an ability to manage competing demands.
• Ability to manage and lead multiple small/medium sized simultaneously. The person will be responsible for managing and leading 4-5 small/medium sized projects at a time.
• Should have basic to intermediate expertise of using Agile principles to lead and manage multi skilled and multi location teams of 8-10 developers.
