Job Description

Should have 4-6 years experience
Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, or related technical field.

PaaS/APIs : java, docker, bash, json, node js, sql/ postgres
main skills are java, docker, rest API
API experience is a must-have.

Experience as a Software Engineer including:

Demonstrated experience in Integrating user-facing elements developed by a front-end developers with server side logic
Experience in Integrating multiple data sources and databases into one system.
Good experience in RestAPI, Java 8 / Tomcat 8.5 / Jersey REST / Swagger / MyBatis / PostGreSQL/ Linux
Hands-on experience writing and tuning database queries in multiple database platforms (e.g. SQL Server, PostgreSQL).
Experience developing software in an agile, iterative development environment using test-driven development (TDD) techniques.
Understanding differences between multiple delivery platforms such as mobile vs desktop, and optimizing output to match the specific platform
Excellent communications skills along with the ability to quickly learn new technologies and adjust to changing requirements
Management of hosting environment, including database administration and scaling an application to support load changes
Understanding differences between multiple delivery platforms such as mobile vs desktop, and optimizing output to match the specific platform
Good experience on API integration
Agile methodology

Good analytical/logic skills
Understanding of technology and quality processes

A back-end web developer is responsible for server-side web application logic and integration of the work front-end web developers do. Back-end developers usually write web services and APIs used by front-end developers and mobile application developers.
