Notice Period :- Immediate to 15 Days
1. Good knowledge of Core Java concepts and J2EE
2. Candidate must have good working exposure on L2 Application Support.
3. Knowledge of ITIL concepts is must (Incident Management , Problem Management , Change Management)
4. Experience of Managing Team size of at least 15 -20 Team members.
5. Excellent Communication(Verbal and Written) Skills
6. Should be expert in handling and managing escalations.
7. Should have good expertise on Utility and billing system.
8. Experience on working of Linux Platform and knowledge of Shell Scripting.
9. Experience on SQL , Procedures and RDBMS.
10.Exposure on Azure and Azure Devops will be added advantage.
