Experience: 2 to 10 years

Skill Set: Informatica IDQ/ IICS/ICRT

• Excellent knowledge on Informatica platform as a whole and the integration among different Informatica components and services
• Excellent data analysis and data profiling skills using Informatica and Excel Implement data quality processes including transliteration parsing analysis standardization and enrichment at point of entry and batch modes
• Deploy mappings that will run in a scheduled batch or real-time environment
• Document all mappings mapplets and rules in detail and hand over documentation to the customer
• Collaborate with various business and technical teams to gather requirements around data quality rules and propose the optimization of these rules if applicable then design and develop these rules with IDQ
• Utilize Informatica Developer Informatica Power Exchange Informatica Metadata Manager and Informatica Analyst to design and develop custom objects and rules reference data tables and create import export mapping.
• Proficiency in ICS or IICS development.
• Has a good knowledge of SOA and Enterprise Architecture .
• Good Understanding of a Service Interface design principles.
• Has a good knowledge of underlying standards used in SOA and BPM such as XML, Web Services (SOAP/REST), WSDL, ws- standards, etc.
• Has a solid understanding of Core ETL abstractions and design best practices.
• Informatica Velocity methodology experience is a plus.
• Has a solid proficiency with core XML Technologies XML, XML Schema, XPath, XQuery.
• Has a good understanding of process notation and execution language (BPMN, BPEL) .
• Has a good understanding and ability to apply various process and integration design patterns.
• Has knowledge of the tools and technologies used in the solution ICS, ICRT Cloud Platform Tools.
• Previous Experience with ETL such as Informatica Power Center.
• Previous experience with BPM and Service Orchestration Tools (ActiveVOS, IBM BPM, Oracle BPM, JBMPM).
• Previous Experience with ESB and Message Oriented Middleware Systems is plus.
• Experience with Version Control Systems (Git, Subversion, Mercurial, Visual Source Code).
• Experience with Build Automation (Apache Ant, Maven, Gradle, etc.).
• Previous Experience with EAI and EAI Design Patterns.
• Previous Experience with Cloud and Hybrid integrations o Salesforce, Workday, Netapp, Coupa, AWS, Google APIs, Google Cloud Engine o SAP, Siebel, Oracle, Azure, cloud and on premise analytics, Hadoop Ecosystem .
• Competency working with different relational and NoSQL Databases, SQL, ODBC, JDBC.
• Previous experience in Java, .Net, JavaScript development and related toolchains is plus.
• Familiarity with Linux, Windows

Additional Responsibilities:

• As per business requirements perform thorough data profiling with multiple usage patterns root cause analysis and data cleansing and develop scorecards utilizing Informatica Excel and other data quality tools
• Develop matching plans help determine best matching algorithm configure identity matching and analyze duplicates
• Build complex profiles and scripts to execute and test mappings and workflows to implement data stewardship and exception processing
• Build human task workflow scenarios and IDQ scorecards to support data remediation Run data quality specific ETL jobs address standardization and validation email cleanups name cleanup parsing etc utilizing IDQ and other ETL tools
• Serve as the primary resource to team members and data stewards for training problem resolution data profiling etc
• Analyze and provide data metrics to management in order to help prioritize areas for data quality improvement
• Participate in improvement of master data management process and support transnational systems and processes
• Good knowledge on writing shell scripts to invoke mappings or workflows Proficient at writing SQL queries and verifying the results
• Should be familiar in migrating objects from IDQ to PowerCenter or other Informatica tools
• Should be familiar in deploying and validating objects to different environments
• Good at writing test scenarios performing unit testing and verifying the end results with business requirements
• Perform both record level and large scale manual additions adjustments and corrections to continuously ensure overall data quality and integrity
• Maintain excellent working relationship between internal team and the whole organization and external parties vendors customers
• Good understanding of data governance principles
• Strong experience on data quality development process issue management and data remediation
• Experience and understanding with unit testing release procedures coding design and documentation protocol as well as change management procedures
• Experience with at least one end to end Master Data Management implementation is required
• Must possess good oral and written communication and presentations skills with the ability to lead meetings effectively
