Brief

We are looking for a Designer with 2- 7 Years Experience to create engaging designs according to requirements, within brand guidelines. You will work under the supervision of a Digital Marketing Head to produce high-quality work. You will collaborate with sales, marketing, SEO, and content teams to produce beauty. In this role, you should be highly creative and have a sharp eye for details. If you're passionate about design and eager to learn more, wed like to meet you. Your goal will be to create impactful designs that capture and promote our company vision. Design skills are more important than web skills, feel free to apply if your design skills are strong.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Understand project requirements and concepts
• Use various techniques to create drafts, models and prototypes
• Produce final design solutions (like logos, banners, interfaces)
• Pitch creative ideas
• Collaborate with team members to launch projects
• Take on special design tasks (e.g. color correction)
• Use feedback from other designers to improve

Requirements

• BSc/BCA/B.E/BTech in Design or a related field
• Up to three years of experience as a Junior Designer
• Able to follow brand guidelines
• Experience with design software
• Familiarity with design techniques (e.g. prototyping)
• Understanding of visual elements (layout, type and fonts)
• Teamwork skills
• A keen eye for detail
• Time management and multitasking abilities
• Creativity skills and problem-solving aptitude
• Experience and understanding of infographics/blog article illustration
• Previous experience or interest in creating basic videos/animations for marketing
• Basic scripting skills and experience within Wordpress environment
• Web design skills (note your graphics skills must be very strong and if your coding skills are only OK, that is maybe also ok).
