Job Description Analyst, Provider Analytics

Rayden Interactive is looking for an Analyst, Provider Analytics to be an integral part of our existing team.
As an analyst, you will be working with the Provider Analytics team to create analytic deliverables
demonstrating value for Phreesia clients (ranging from small practices to some of the largest health
systems in the U.S.) We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, excels at taking data and
transforming it into analysis, and has experience using Excel, PowerPoint, and online dashboards.

Responsibilities:
• Support client retention by producing reports that clearly demonstrate the value of Phreesia's
products
• Use online dashboards (eg. Qlik, Tableau) to export data • Filter and clean data based on provided requirements
• Input data into standardized analyses
• Transfer finalized analysis into PowerPoint or polished spreadsheets • Create benchmarking database to measure client performance
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends, patterns, and business insights in complex data sets
• Work on ad hoc analyses requested by the Sales and Marketing teams
• Compile value assessments and reports both standard and ad hoc for each of Phreesias clients
Qualifications:
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Basic knowledge of statistics, statistical methodology, and trends
• Comfortable with large Excel files and complex formulas (nested if statements, index
match, pivot tables,etc.)
• Ability to QA analysis results and identify errors • Strong attention to detail
• Bachelors in Engineering, Math, Science, Social Science; or experience in a similar role
• 2- 3 years in an Analytics or Reporting role
• Experience in Healthcare is preferred, not required
