And we empower our team members to grow their skills, take risks, and develop both personally and professionally. It is this dedication to our team, our clients, and our quality that makes us a great company with great people and great results.

Tecknoworkers are:

Curious: We constantly grow our knowledge and challenge the consensus.

Fearless: Impactful results require bold action.

Inspiring: We don't follow trends, we set them.

Collaborative: We trust our teams to see the bigger picture and solve problems.

Right: Professionalism and respect for our people, partners, and clients.

Who Youll Work With

Within Tecknoworks, you'll be a member of the Data Analytics and Power BI CoE. The team that you will be leading is responsible for creating next-generation data and analytic assets that help serve our clients and stay on the cutting edge in all industries. We have designed our internal Data and Analytics capabilities to be comprised of various centres of excellence (Power BI, Data Engineering), which are overseen by senior architects and engineers within the company. We are a growing group with a global footprint; as a result, we are quite flexible on location for this role. This is a top priority and a high-profile position; our company works regularly with large Professional Services companies (top 5), life sciences senior leaders from large clients.

What Youll Do

  • Through self-service access to analytics and data, software as a service solution and a vibrant ecosystem of alliances (Microsoft, UIPath), we are redefining what it means to work with data.
  • You will partner with our software, data engineers and product design team members to deliver reusable software products and development platforms with high levels of value, usability, quality and predictability.
  • You will participate in and lead the activities required to build and maintain a BI foundation roadmap, define release cadence and functionality, and collect user feedback. You will build understanding and appreciation amongst your team members and colleagues. You will guide asset and data solution teams through the process of building and launching truly great products.
  • You'll identify and escalate product delivery barriers, dependencies, or risks, ensuring the value of the user stories and negotiating with stakeholders and engineers to deliver the most value within tight timelines and budgets. You'll manage yourself day to day with regards to priorities, time and commitments within your team setting and ensuring that product management standards and best practices are exercised.
  • You will be responsible for leading internal and external developer teams and remove roadblocks in partnership with the engineering leads and anticipate the needs of the associated services and operations once the product is released.

Why You Will Love This Job

  • You will report to, get to learn from and work closely with our Leadership Team member who is rewarded as Fast Track Microsoft Recognized Solution Architect (a global award given only to a very small number of people annually).
  • We have high standards for the type of projects and clients we work with/on, which means you get to do exciting stuff with great clients.
  • We are very flexible and entrepreneurial and this role isn't for everyone, but if you can handle it, you have a great opportunity to build, learn and grow and really be the driver of your own career ambitions and be supported in that by us.
