The business analyst will work as a part of Product team on a strategic program of work to define and articulate requirement. They will work closely with engineering, marketing, product teams across various specialist brands to understand and prioritize their needs. These requirements will generally be expressed as stories to be accepted, estimated and delivered in the sprints by agile software delivery teams.

• Strong understanding of websites/platforms structure and functionality, underlying systems dependencies
• Strong understanding of data structure
• Strong understanding of user journeys
• Strong understanding of data privacy laws (globally)
• Ability to utilize analytics to quantify basic user behaviors
• Well versed writing agile User and Technical Stories
• Documentation skills to capture as-is and to-be words Responsibilities will include
• Undertaking analysis of legacy and to be systems to identify gaps, propose changes and identify opportunities
• Determining to-be structure and mapping from as-is (legacy) systems
• Expressing requirements in stories for engineering team consumption, with well-formed Acceptance Criteria
• Helping prioritize backlogs to deliver greater value from the delivery teams
• Ensuring team and public documentation is maintained
• Supporting Agile way of working and ceremonies

• Experience with large scale organizations

• Experience with AWS, JIRA, Confluence
