Inviting applications for the role of AWS Cloud Big Data Architect

Experience Required:

• Experience working with tech team and drive (Design & Build) the solution.
• Work closely with multiple client stakeholders, present, and discuss the technology landscape.
• In depth knowledge of key AWS services (Lambda , Athena , Kinesis,Glue,DynamoDB,RDS,SNS,SQS,S3 Lifecycle, Elastic Search etc.) with Spark, Scala and Python.
• Proven experience assessing client’s workloads and technology landscape for Cloud suitability, develop business case and Cloud adoption roadmap
• Proven knowledge on Designing Data Lake and Data Warehouse in Snowflake/Redshift
• Experience in designing Data journey from ingestion till visualization
• Experience in defining new architectures and ability to drive project from architecture standpoint
• Ability to quickly establish credibility and trustworthiness with key stakeholders in client organization.
• Experience provisioning and spinning up EMR Clusters.
• Experience on Spark/Python/Scala.
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
• Certification on AWS architecture desirable
• Should have good knowledge on CI/CD.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Facilitate/Participate fusion to derive Requirement.
• Hands on experience in Data Extraction, Data Analysis and Profiling, Data Quality Management, Data Loading, Data Standardization, Data Visualization
• Should have good knowledge designing Data lake
• Proficient with Data Warehousing activities with an exposure in ETL/ELT process design
• Experience in interacting with Business users in analyzing the Business process requirements and transforming them into documents, design, and rolling out the deliverables.
• Experience in building large-scale data processing systems and serving as an expert in data solutions.
• Derive models to map requirements Business matrix, closures.
• Study existing technology landscape and understand current application workloads.
• Help development team and help then on technical solution
• Understand and document technical requirements from clients
• Define Migration strategy to move application to cloud
• Develop architecture blueprints and detailed documentation. Create bill of materials, including required Cloud Services (such as EC2, S3 etc.) and tools;
• Knowledge on the overall Virtual Private Cloud VPC environment including server instance, storage instances, subnets, availability zones, etc
• Knowledge of the AWS network architecture including VPN connectivity between regions and subnets
• Design the HA / DR strategies
• Set up process, services and tools around cloud
• Oversee build of the environment
• Execute migration plan
• Leverage appropriate AWS services
• Validate the environment to meets all security and compliance controls.
