Overall Responsibilities:

To be responsible for the development and maintenance of the apps at Jiva.

Granular Responsibilities:

• Write well tested and maintainable code in Java and Kotlin
• Converting designs and wireframes into android code
• The ability to work on multiple Android apps simultaneously
• Working with backend developers to design APIs to power our apps
• Identifying performance bottlenecks and helping ensure that our apps run on low-end devices.
• Working with the team to figure out what we should be building next.
  Roles and Responsibilities

• Basic understanding of Android platforms has to be very good.
• Ownership very important so an engineer who has owned or build the product on android
• Technically very strong people.
• He must have atleast 2 years of experience building android apps.
• He must have experience with the Android SDK.
• Experience with RESTful/GraphQL APIs is a must
• He must be able to write well tested and maintainable code in Java and Kotlin
• He must be able to convert designs and wireframes into android code
• He should identify performance bottlenecks and help ensure that the apps run on low-end devices
