Front End Developer

As a rapidly growing company, our environment is entrepreneurial and fast-paced. As such, we ask our programmers to wear a number of hats (and are looking for the same for this role).

Responsibilities

• Develop new features and products to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction for our stakeholders
• Optimize existing products for speed, reliability, and scalability
• Document architecture, decision-making, processes, and code during development, not afterwards
• Understand security standards and requirements during the development process
• Collaborate with product and design teams as well as other developers to iterate quickly in a fast-paced startup-like environment

Requirements (While we recognize that great developers can learn new languages quickly, the ideal candidate will meet most these criteria.)

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering
• 2+ years of relevant application development experience
• Demonstrated software architecture and front-end development experience
• Proficient with Java, PHP, or Python
• Proficient with Javascript and Angular, React, Vue.js, or another front-end framework
• Proficient with Bootstrap, Tailwind, or another CSS framework

Nice to Have

• Experience building and maintaining scalable systems utilizing Amazon AWS
• Experience with front end testing tools such as Cypress or Selenium
