Our direct client is seeking a Web Designer for their Boca Raton, FL location. This is a direct hire opportunity.

Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate Web Designer that is skilled in front-end html/css design work. Their responsibilities will be designing, coding and modifying websites. Primary duties include conceptualizing and implementing creative ideas for our products. You will be working closely with our digital marketing and web development teams to ensure a proper implementation. To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent visual design skills and be proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop and any code editor of your choice.

Responsibilities:

• Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and other visual design tools.
• Proficiency in front-end development programming languages such as HTML/CSS, basic JQuery and JavaScript.
• Good understanding of Wordpress / Woocommerce CMS.
• Designing webpage layouts to sell e-commerce products.
• Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues.
• Creative and open to new ideas.
• Adaptable and willing to learn new techniques.
• Other duties will be assigned as needed

Required Skills:

• Web Designing in Photoshop or graphic editor of choice
• HTML, CSS, Javascript / jQuery (basic)
• Responsive Web Design
• Code Quality Testing
• Integration Testing
• Detail-oriented, strong analytical skills and the ability to work self-managed or collaboratively as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills.
• Photography skill are a plus!
• Receptive to direction and to constructive criticism
• Ability to start immediately a plus, but not required
• Candidate must provide a portfolio of work samples or links to samples to be considered.
