RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client seeking a UX/UI Web Designer in New York, NY.

Summary:
Our client is looking for a resource to help design a global system agnostic prototype for an interface facade that will determine what type of feedback a user wants to receive or give (intent of the feedback). This person would be working closely with our Solution Architect team, web developer, Global People Technology, Network-wide Talent & Impact Center of Excellences, territory stakeholders and end users.

REQUIREMENTS:
* Ability to work with business stakeholders and understand user flows and user experience and working with architects to map it to the technical documentation
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills and ability to build effective relationships
* Agile backlog management using tools like Azure DevOps (preferred) or similar tools
* Ability to critically evaluate information gathered across multiple sources
* Well organized; able to prioritize; able to work with very little guidance and with little to no direct supervision
* Previous senior UX designer experience
* Principals of User Centered Design
* User research and Persona development
* Awareness of cognitive psychology and human behavior
* Ability to create Customer journey maps
* Conduct task analysis
* Conduct User Validation Testing
* Understand UX design and ability to form a UX strategy based on real problems.
* Ability to understand and design towards MVP
* User Interface (UI) Skillset Preferred:
* Wireframing, Whiteboarding, Prototyping, Visual Design
* Understands basic CSS and/or CSS frameworks (Bootstrap, Bulma, etc.)
* Understands basic HTML 5
* Familiar with Responsive web design/Adaptive web design
* Mobile design/navigation and touch first principals
* UI/UX tools including Axure Pro, Sketch, Adobe Creative Cloud, Current web standards, Information Architecture, Site navigation, Data hierarchy, Typography and color psychology
* Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of organization
* Comfortable working in Agile SCRUM, Lean, or waterfall methodologies
