We are looking for a UX Designer capable of designing for customer-facing applications within a design system.

• Ability to work quickly and efficiently within a well-defined design system in support of a complex application for B2B audience.
• Should have experience in Sketch and InVision.
• Ability to drive design forward while working on a fast-paced, fun team.
• Ability to quickly spot design inconsistencies and make recommendations for improvement.
• Experience synthesizing requirements into a simple, clean interface design.
• Capable of explaining design decisions to a non-design audience of developers, BSAs and business stakeholders.
• Experience creating digital solutions on a cross-functional team.
• Experience conducting usability testing and integrating user feedback to improve your designs.
