The Creative Group is Atlanta is seeking a User Experience Designer to join an enterprise UX team in the Atlanta area on a long-term contract basis. You will have the opportunity to create user centered design solutions and end-to-end aspirational and detailed user experiences.

What We're Looking for in UX Designers:

• A UX guru able to work on different avenues and assignments depending on the new projects coming through for the team

• You will create the experience for Salesforce users in the company. It’s a lead role, but still a hands-on individual contributor.

• Enterprise software experience

• This role is a mix of UX/UI, but UX architecture experience is key. The UX designer would have a team of other UX Designers and UX Architects they’d be working with.

• Strong communication - you will be the main point of contact for a project – understanding business partner needs, leading the UX designing and architects

Requirements

Required Experience/Skills:

• 5 or more years experience in UX

• Experience working in Agile

• Bachelor's degree in design or similar discipline or comparable experience preferred

• Firm grasp of the design software such as: Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator

• Experience with other software like Sketch, InVision, Axure, is required

• Experience creating journey maps, service blueprints, wireframes, and other UX documentation

• Sound understanding of web design

• Attention to detail and organization, including the ability to prioritize tasks, communicate progress and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with customer relationship management platforms such as Salesforce

• Designing experiences for sales associates

• Experience with enterprise software UX
