US Treasuries Trading Application Support Analyst, Capital Markets Firm, NYC

Harrington Starr's client, a top capital markets firm in New York, is hiring for an application support/trade support analyst with exposure to front office electronic trading and US Treasuries specifically. This is an exciting time to join the firm as they are growing steadily, with a focus on electronic trading. This is an ideal role for someone who can work autonomously in a fast-paced environment and wants to gain extensive hands-on experience and product knowledge. This role will be remote to start, but sit onsite eventually.

Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in supporting front office electronic trading with an aptitude to work quickly, prioritize tasks, and manage the expectations of the business. In addition to US Treasuries, knowledge of Spot FX is highly beneficial. Daily responsibilities and tasks include coordinating with clients, answering support calls, and escalating issues to technical support while managing relationships within the business and follow through on issues to resolution.
