Digital initiatives are the name of the game for ICW Group's newest need for a UI/UX Engineer. As we embark on an exciting new roadmap to build out our digital customer experience, we are in need of technically savvy creatives to join in on the mission to deliver high quality solutions. The purpose of this job is to create a successful user experience by studying user interests, developing and organizing an information architecture, and developing, and testing prototypes. This position exists is to identify customer needs and create intuitive experiences and products to meet company and department goals.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Produces high quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
Collaborate with the CX team, and internal and external designers to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for digital users.
Provides advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities to analyze and predict user behavior.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position has no supervisory responsibility.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university with a major or emphasis in Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or related field preferred. Minimum 5 years of experience in web and user application design, or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Experience with end-to-end product design.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Working knowledge of the following technologies and software: Sketch, InVision, Visio, Balsamiq, HTML, CSS (SCSS), iOS, Android, Design Systems and Adobe Creative Suite. Fluent in essential front-end web development languages, i.e., HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Skilled in modern application programming languages, such as Java and .Net. Excellent debugging, analytical and visual design skills. Understanding of UI/UX best practices and drive improvements in designs and methodology. Experience in analysis, usability testing, and web programming skills. Experience creating wireframes, storyboards, and user flows. Understanding of business metrics and the ability to translate company goals and objectives into digital experiences. Understanding of interaction design principles. Possess design thinking and a user-centric mindset. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and presenting to leadership. Adaptability and strong attention to detail. Possess creativity and an analytical approach. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Visio, Excel, Project, and PowerPoint. Ability to thrive in a highly-collaborative and team-oriented environment.
