Position: UI/UX Designer
Number of positions: 1
Location: Plano, TX. (Remote until further guidance on COVID-19)
Term: Full-Time
Salary: Depending on experience

Skills & Experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Design, Computer Science or equivalent required
• A minimum of 5-7 years of related experience in user experience design
• Expertise in visual design and wire-framing tools eg., Sketch, Invision, Axure
• Ability to think globally and be mindful of designing for cultural differences and accessibility needs
• Experience conducting concept and usability testing to gather feedback
• Must have a strong UX & Design portfolio that demonstrates past design projects
• Excellent documentation and presentation skills
• Ability to provide quick decisive feedback
• Must possess strong, professional verbal and written communication skills
• Flexibility in schedule to occasionally work off hours to participate in video/conference calls to accommodate international schedules

Duties to be Performed
• Create wireframes, prototypes, style guides, user flows to effectively communicate design solutions
• Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences
• Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions
• Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs
• Collaborate closely with design, engineering, product management, and marketing teams
• Work with the design team to refine and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards

Technical Environment
• Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
• Portfolio of design projects
• Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. Wireframe. cc and InVision)
• Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
• Good time-management skills
• BSc in Design, Computer Science or relevant field
