Iris's direct client, a leader in advancing quality and equity in education for all people worldwide is looking to hire a strong Sr. UI Developer (Angular) for a Long Term Contract (2 years +) opportunity in Irving, TX.
Must Have: Solid with UI / Front End Development using Angular, HTML, CSS, JavaScript

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Strong experience with Angular 2.0 / 5.0. Strong experience with Angular JS, Java Script / JQuery, HTML/CSS.

Must be really good with Angular2 and above. Experience with incorporating accessibility into prototypes preferred. Proficiency in XHTML / HTML5, CSS2, CSS3, Sass, Scss and Bootstrap frameworks

Experience with Object Oriented JavaScript and modern JavaScript libraries (e.g., Closure, jQuery, NodeJS, AngularJS). Familiar with security concepts such as authentication, authorization, encryption, digital signature, SSL, web service proxies, firewalls. Proficiency in Code editor of choice (Dreamweaver, Sublime, Brackets)

Working knowledge of CMS integration ( WCM) preferred. Working knowledge of design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, Fireworks) preferred. Experience with service implementation using service-oriented architecture (SOA) patterns is a plus

REQUIREMENT Extensive experience working with complex web tiers in JavaScript, JQuery, AngularJS, HTML5, CSS3 Experience applying design patterns to develop and support web pages that run on multiple browsers including mobile/handheld devices Experience building high-traffic, scalable, and high performance Web sites Experience developing solutions using an Agile approach, like Scrum Experience applying security technologies such as TLS, SAML and OAuth2

The ideal candidate would have some experience or familiarity with the following front-end technologies:

Excellent Web development skills using JavaScript, JQuery, HTML5, CSS3, style sheet pre-processor (i.e. SASS or LESS) Strong knowledge of AngularJS 2+ Responsive UI design and development using media queries Knowledge of RESTful services and Web API's Build tooling: Grunt, Gulp, or Webpack Familiarity with API frameworks such RAML
