Position: Tableau Developer
Location: Minneapolis, Minnesota, 55415
Term: 24 months

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Regarded across the enterprise as an expert in multiple identified areas of expertise with responsibility for developing standards and enterprise-wide best practices and for engineering complex, largescale technology solutions to address highly complex and cross-organizational issues.
• Designs, codes, tests, debugs and documents programs using Agile development practices.
• Maintains broad knowledge of other technology engineering disciplines and collaborating with other key experts to ensure we are making the right technology choices for the client.
• Translates advanced technology experience, an in-depth knowledge of the organizations tactical and strategic business objectives, the enterprise technological environment, the organization structure, and strategic technological opportunities and requirements into technical engineering solutions.
• Responsible for being an expert resource for architects in the development of target architectures to ensure that they can be properly designed and implemented through sound engineering practices.
• Maintains knowledge of industry best practices and new technologies and recommends innovations that enhance operations and/or provide a competitive advantage to the organization.
• Provides expert counsel to senior technology leadership and advises and mentors others with the goal of knowledge transfer.
• Represents the client to external industry groups, influencing industry standards.
• Responsible for being an expert resource for architects in the development of target architectures to ensure that they can be properly designed and implemented through sound engineering practices.

• Liquidity Risk Management Corporate Treasury has been assigned high priority project moving into 2021.
• This project will take a deeper look into specific reports from the LADIS and LARS applications.
• This is a highly visible project for both the business and technology partners.
• The Data Modeler must have extensive knowledge in the areas of data modeling, cross-application data standards, data distribution standards, and tuning strategies.
• You should have worked in multiple projects through software development processes and built logical/physical data models leveraging the tools.

Is this a good fit? (Requirements):

Must Have:

• 7+ years of experience delivering Business Intelligence (BI), analytics and reporting
• 5+ years of Tableau Dashboard development experience
• 3+ years of experience in Oracle PL/SQL experience
• 5+ years of experience with Waterfall and Agile project methodologies
• 2+ years of experience with Agile tools such as Jira
• Experience in developing very complex Tableau dashboards/reports
• Experience in designing, developing, testing, and deploying solutions using Tableau dashboards
• Experience in research source data and design solutions that provide high performance visuals in Tableau
• Experience in Interact with and present to users throughout the development process
• Experience in Develop documentation of coding standards, training, and support
• Experience in participate in defining best practices around report development, testing, access management, and report refresh scheduling
• Experience in Tableau server administration experience a strong plus
• In-depth experience of interfacing Tableau with external data sources
• Experience in scripting languages to leverage Tableau's APIs (JavaScript API, Data Extract API, REST API)

Nice to Have

• Previous Banking, or Financial Services experience
• Bachelor's degree required in Computer Science or related field
• 7+ years of software engineering experience
• An industry-standard technology certification
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
