This Dallas based Company in the Healthcare space is seeking a Senior PHP Web Developer.

You will be responsible for managing both front-end and back-end services, and the interchange of data between the applications and the users. Your primary focus will be the development of all server-side logic, definition, and maintenance of the central database, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. You will need a basic understanding of front-end technologies as you will be integrating the front-end elements built by other team members into the application.

In this role you can work mostly to 100% remote.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Build efficient, testable, and reusable PHP modules
• Solve complex performance problems and architectural challenges
• Integrate user-facing elements developed by front-end developers
• Integrate data storage solutions

BACKGROUND:

• Senior level PHP (LAMP Stack) OOP experience with a strong knowledge of web frameworks such as Laravel or CodeIgniter
• Strong knowledge of the common PHP or web server exploits and their solutions
• Solid understanding of the fully synchronous behavior of PHP and Python
• Good understanding of MVC design patterns
• Comfortable using Linux OS and command line
• Good understanding of user authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments
• Experience integrating multiple data sources and databases into one system
• Understanding of cloud technologies AWS and Google Cloud Platform
• Experience in front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
• Experience with PostgreSQL is a plus
