Serverlogic has partnered with a local company in Seattle, WA to identify candidates for Sr. Full Stack Web Developer - Lead/Mentor. This is a direct-hire position.

THE POSITION

This position will be responsible for working with and leading/mentoring a team of Software Engineers that are developing a cutting-edge technology platform that supports company’s primary user applications. Working with both .Net Core and an in-house built custom JavaScript framework, you'll be hands-on with some of the latest technologies. Our Software Engineers work hand-in-hand with the business on the best ways to solve problems (one day you could be improving the performance of the customer experience, the next you might be developing functionality that provides complex analytics for the business.)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop complex algorithms to solve business needs (e.g. how to match a customer to the best possible partner given the strict criteria of both.)
• Achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals.

• Liaising with team members, management, and clients to ensure projects are completed to standard.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ yrs. of professional software engineering exp.
• 2+ yrs. of hands-on coding in .Net Core
• 3+ yrs. of experience in JavaScript
• Experience working with other business units (Product, Marketing, etc.)
• Experience evaluating multiple technical approaches and selecting the most effective from the universe of solutions available
• Involved in the tech community (speak at meetups and conferences, contribute to Stack Overflow, have a GitHub repository, etc.)
• Experience in an Agile environment
• Computer Science or closely related degree
• Other Engineers come to you when they get stuck
• Outside of work you build stuff using new technologies
• An expert in the programming language(s) of your choice
