Senior UX Designer

Job Description:
We are looking for a Senior UX Designer (5+ years experience) to help grow our UX practice. We help lead a mix of existing product enhancements, new product development and innovation initiatives supporting a global customer base.

Primary Responsibilities:
Ability to sketch, wireframe, and visualize new experiences based on research and data
Lead design thinking and participatory design sessions as part of new product creation
Storytelling - delivering insights about customers in a way that generates emotion and engagement
Work with agile teams to iterate quickly, ensuring designs are implemented as envisioned in prototypes
Coordinate and moderate research studies, usability tests, design tests, in person and remotely as needed
Assist the UX Director with facilitating the team as needed including critiques, design reviews, leading project meetings
Help scope, phase and estimate project timelines
Help evangelize our practice with customers and within the business through story-telling, lunch & learns and presentations to the leadership team

Education:
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in interaction design, new media design or related design field
