Job Type: Full Time

Duties: Develop, create, and modify general computer applications. Design, implement, and validate software solutions in Spark and Hive; Implement SaaS(software as a service) solutions for product and automate services; Implement ETL(Extract transform and loading) data pipeline to efficiently process the peta bytes of data sets; Work on AWS Elastic map reduce clusters, Lambda, VPC, Security Groups, Elastic container Service, IAM policies, S3, Cloud Watch Events, SQS and SNS components; Implement Spark Greenplum connector to retrieve huge data from a cloud based greenplum database to spark applications; Implement the AWS API gateways, AWS cognito security layers on rest api's, and create private DNS for the exposed AWS API gateways; Research on AWS VPC cloud to provide better security communication layer with external clients and define the security policies for third party datasets; Work extensively on Hadoop ecosystem tools; Implement the dynamic provisioning of AWS EMR clusters and EMR autoscaling to provide the required on-demand infrastructure to fulfill the requests for processing terabytes of data; be involved in full SDLC including requirements, definitions, prototyping, designing, implementing, system integration and maintenance; Provide 24*7 support and maintenance services such as defect fixing, feature enhancements, testing and documentation.

Requirements: Employer will accept Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Applied Computer Science or related field; and 2 years of work experience in job offered or 2 years of work experience in a related occupation. Experience must include one year of experience with each of the following:

1) Scala;

2) Python;

3) Hadoop;

4) Spark;

5) Cassandra;

6) SQL, PL/SQL and NoSQL;

7) AWS cloud with experience in computer, storage, network, security, EMR, IAM and Cloud Management services;

8) Experience analyzing system programs using workflow charts or diagram;

9) Experience in object-oriented computer programming techniques and Object-oriented analysis and Design Techniques;

10) Experience in full life cycle of software development including requirements, definitions, prototyping, designing, implementation, system integration, testing QA, deployment and maintenance; and

11) Java and J2EE Frameworks.

Must be available to work on projects at various, unanticipated sites throughout the United States.
