This role can be either Full time or contract, and will be remote till covid-19 lock down restrictions are in place.

Our client, a premier Investment Management Firm is looking for a Senior Developer that wants to join a small, but growing global team, with the task to build out the equity- financing platform at the firm. The role will initially focus on developing an inventory management solution alongside continued
enhancements to the existing Python based system for locates requests. Part of the role includes the ability to liaise and work well
with technology counterparts at prime-brokers across multiple time zones.

Qualifications:
Experience with having dealt directly with desk functions without any business analyst interface
High degree of competence with Python
Quickness in interpreting the concepts that the business requires and the ability to clearly articulate the merits and downsides
of solutions
Understanding of Pandas, NumPy or SciPy will be needed as the wider equity finance platform expands
Experience with multi constraint optimizing (preferred)
Knowledge of Git, Docker and a good grasp in at least 1 other programming language (preferred)
Prior familiarity of equity financing, treasury or middle office areas (preferred)
