Job description:

Mobile Senior Developer General This position requires a good understanding of React native development architecture, development and interpersonal communication skills to work within a team of business analysts, software engineers, architects, and testers to design and develop world class software for our clients. Successful candidates will have experience with Agile software development and will assume major responsibilities for the development, engineering, and integration of a wide variety of applications by following industry standard design patterns and best practices. The successful candidate will work to develop their domain and system knowledge and will be responsible for thorough documentation, unit tests, and instrumentation tests.

Technical Skills · Cross platform React native experience · Git - Code Repository tools (or similar) – Ability to manage branches and releases · Experienced creating entire applications from scratch · Experienced with setting up testing frameworks · Experience writing and consuming APIs

Responsibilities · Develop object-oriented software that conforms to best practices to ensure reusability and repeatability · Managing expectations, time bound response and solution to the technical issues · Unit and Instrumentation testing · Ability to participate in peer code reviews, review test objectives and test cases · Ability to work with peers during paired programming stories · Ability to work large architectural changes independently while also supporting fellow developers · Ability to organize new stories and quickly understand requirements and scope

Skills · Communicates excellently in both verbal and written forms · Experience with Agile/Scrum practices and ability to suggest improvements · Stays current on relevant technologies and trends, can knowledgably suggest multiple approaches · Works diligently and maintains focus to achieve goals · Focuses on team needs and thrives in a collaborative environment · Attention to detail, design and implementation · Understanding of architectural patterns, can knowledgably compare different architectures
