Job Description

Equifax has a career opportunity for a Scrum Master within the Data & Analytics (D&A) and Marketing organization of its Workforce Solutions (EWS) business unit. If you are passionate about agile and seek out new challenges, we want to hear from you!

The Scrum Master position reports to the Programs Leader and will optimize the performance and solution delivery of several co-located teams. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential for this highly visible role, as the Scrum Master will engage with business stakeholders and a growing team of product managers, digital marketers, data scientists and analysts to drive new revenue growth through development of innovative, data-driven insights and solutions.

What You'll Do

  • Guide and coach the team on agile principles and practices
  • Improve transparency within the team and broader organization
  • Facilitate program increment planning sessions
  • Organize and lead sprint planning, sprint execution, daily scrums, reviews, and retrospectives
  • Support product owner with estimation, planning, and backlog grooming/refinement
  • Surface risks, dependencies, and issues
  • Ensure deliverables are completed with optimum velocity
  • Develop and publish weekly project status, delivery roadmap, and team performance metrics reporting



Qualifications

  • Bachelor's 4-yr BS/BA degree
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMP, Lean, or Six Sigma certification
  • 3+ years agile delivery experience
  • Expertise in JIRA and Confluence
  • Proficient in Google Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills
  • Must be able to present examples of prior work
  • Ability to travel
