Vlocity PM (Delivery Lead)

Oversee the overall program and

ensure project adherence to strategic

objectives

Participate in project governance and

steering committee meetings

Facilitate Blue Shield/Vendor review of

deliverables

Validate project level issues and risks

Act as the primary point of contact for

the demand forecasting and fulfillment

planning activities

Resource management: Facilitate

timely & qualified resource ramp-ups/

ramp-downs / replacements as required

Ensure quality of project delivery and

adherence to schedule

Escalate issues to PMO, Vendor

POCs as per established protocols
