SALESFORCE – SOLUTION ARCHITECT B2B COMMERCE

The Solution Architect is a strategic role that crosses sales, GTM, thought leadership, marketing and delivery for Magnet360 that sits in the Salesforce Center of Excellence (COE) for Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud (formerly known as CloudCraze). It requires a highly collaborative individual with a strong ability to influence and guide prospects, clients, sales teams and delivery teams. This role is a national role for Magnet360 and global collaboration for broader Mindtree organization.

Responsibilities

  • Provide consultative sales expertise on Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud, the competitive market, and business/technical landscape for the purpose of sales influence and enablement in partnership with the Sales & Industry Sales teams. Activities to include but not limited to:
  • Prospect and client sales assist calls, site visits if applicable
  • Consultative client-focused sales solution design
  • Build effective, accurate solution proposals, ballparks, estimates and project resource plans and respective slideware and materials
  • Collaborate with additional SMEs as needed to provide holistic recommendations including technical documentation
  • Provide consultative expertise on how the B2B platform can be best leveraged to drive revenue, enable digital transformation, support business processes and additional client business results
  • Successfully demo our offerings and accelerators to prospects, clients, sales teams and Salesforce to drive awareness of our solutions and enable sales

Salesforce Commerce COE support in partnership with the COE Lead
Activities to include:

  • Provide deep Salesforce B2B Commerce, eCommerce domain, enterprise architecture, and related ecosystem (i.e. app exchange apps, related 3rdparty tools) thought leadership
  • Partner closely with COE Lead on Go-to-Market strategy and offerings to ensure are customer-centric and compelling revenue drivers
  • Closely align with Salesforce Product team(s) to both receive and provide guidance and platform thought leadership within the ecosystem
  • Inform and help drive innovation for Salesforce Commerce COE via ideas for accelerators, offerings, optimizations and efficiencies on both Classic and B2BLE platform versions
  • Partner with Salesforce product roadmap across B2B Commerce and related products; OMS & CMS
  • Collaborate to ensure successful solution delivery post-sale.
  • Provide Solution Architecture and delivery leadership on projects to ensure that solution vision from the sales cycle continues through successful delivery
  • Provide Magnet360/Mindtree COE and delivery team guidance and coaching as needed to help mentor team members
  • Create relevant reusable thought leadership materials including blogs, webinars, capabilities content and customer stories
  • Participate in “culture of learning” by providing learning experiences (lunch and learns, etc.), mentorship on Salesforce B2B Commerce best practices to the broader COE and Delivery teams

Expertise & Experience:

  • 3+ years Salesforce B2B Commerce experience, multi-cloud experience preferred
  • 10 years business and business technology experience preferred
  • Consulting experience strongly preferred
  • Salesforce B2B Commerce accreditations preferred
  • Strong Salesforce Communities/Experience Cloud, Sales Cloud & Service Cloud experience
  • Complex enterprise technology implementation experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including to C-suite
  • Experience across multiple industries a plus – retail, consumer packaged goods, manufacturing, health, banking & finance, travel & hospitality, etc.
  • Ability to travel 10-40% preferred

Educational Qualifications

  • College degree or commensurate experience preferred
