Job Description
Our client, a non-profit organization, is looking for a Salesforce Data Architect to play a key role in supporting their Salesforce and BI systems. In this role, you will collaborate with users to build up their Salesforce system, including designing and implementing ongoing support, enhancements, and growth of a highly customized Salesforce CRM. This organization is dedicated to improving the lives of hospital patients through research and education.
Role & Responsibilities

• Lead requirement gathering sessions from key stakeholders
• Design technical solutions based on business goals
• Lead project implementations, including managing timeline and budget
• Provide day to day support of Salesforce, including troubleshooting, training, and user support
• Configure custom objects, functionalities, etc.
• Collaborate with business units to continuously support and enhance the Salesforce CRM
• Participate in all phases of the SDLC, including analysis, planning, design, development, testing, deployment, and training

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields
• 3+ years of experience working with Salesforce Architecture
• Salesforce Certifications, minimum Administrator requirement
• Knowledge of Salesforce Nonprofit Success Pack
• Experience in nonprofits, fundraising, or donor management
• Strong project management and leadership skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication

Preferred Skills (not required)

• Applied math and statistics.
• Data visualization and data migration.
• RDMSs (relational database management systems) or foundational database skills.
• Database management system software, especially Microsoft SQL Server.
• Databases such as NoSQL and cloud computing.
