Join our busy Family Practice Center that specializes in a care team model consisting of provider, medical assistant, and nurse. We provide a full scope of services from pediatrics to geriatrics, prenatal and obstetric care. We have an Urgent care clinic along with Sports medicine, and a minor procedure clinic for skin and GYN services.

Our clinical nurses provide a wide range of indirect care such as assisting in prior authorizations, medication refills and telephone triage. We also have direct patient care such as assisting with minor procedures, urgent care infusions and patient education training. We are looking for a highly motivated nurse who has great communication skills, is detail oriented, and is great at multi-tasking. If you are interested in preventative care, broad spectrum care coordination, we are the place for you!

Our nursing hours are Monday – Friday 8- 5pm, with the potential for a weekend shift based on business needs.
