Some typical RN duties include:

* Hold Training for staff on regular basis on CPR, Med Administration, Insulin, G Tube, VNS, Covid Training. 

* Assessment of consumers.

* Manage and organize health records for our consumers.

* Maintain information such as examination results, lab test, treatment plans, etc.

* Communicate with Doctors and Pharmacy on treatment options and plans. 

* Control medicine release to staff members. 

* Supply staff with required forms and documents.

* Maintain confidentiality, retain and protect records loss.

* Type correspondence and reports. 

* May occasionally require responsibilities/duties in the home supporting individuals.

* Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications for RN/STNA/LPN both position include:

* License RN or STNA or LPN 

* 18 years of age

* Open availability including evenings, overnights and weekend shifts

* Ability to pass BCII or FBI background check

* Ability to pass abuser registry and nurse aide registry

* A safe and acceptable vehicle with CFI provided vehicle safety check

* Valid driver's license

* Satisfactory driving record as defined by company with MVR check provided by CFI

* Vehicle insurance with proof of insurance

* Ability to bend, stoop, push, pull, reach, sit and walk for periods of time
