Power-IT is actively seeking a QA Lead with Automation experience for a full-time position in Des Moines, Iowa.

The right candidate will have, demonstrable on the resume, at least five years of software testing experience, specifically using automation (Selenium, JMeter, LoadRunner, etc.), and will be able to use best practices to architect, design, and implement an automated testing solution, then maintain and improve that solution on an ongoing basis. You'll work on a Scrum team, writing User Stories and using a customer-centric approach to developing relevant, enterprise-level software testing methodologies. You'll have a "green field" responsibility, as you'll be responsible for implementing our client's automation-testing methodology from the ground up. You will create test plans, run smoke and regression tests, and be innovative when it comes to delivering a solid, well-tested software product for our client's customers.
