• Experience in Android, Web or iOS testing
• Be able to demonstrate a deep understanding of SQA methodologies and practices.
• Lead and drive cross functional projects across the company.
• Posses a deep understanding of automation, planning, execution, and triaging
• Connect and build relationships for cross functional teams.
• Experience of managing remote teams
• Partner with the product engineering team to ensure quality for a product/feature, assess risks and ensure features ship with a high quality bar.
• Implement and evolve QA processes to get effective test signal and scale testing efforts across multiple products.
• Experience building a Quality Engineering team that is responsible for end-end validation for a application.
• Organizational, coordination, and multi-tasking experience.
• Experience in managing black box testing.
• Experience working with large engineering teams.
• Experience handling multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience effectively communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
