PURPOSES

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assess the Quality Assurance needs of the team then plan, prioritize, and complete the needed work, ensuring alignment with company standards.
• Identify, quantify, and implement technologies and processes needed to complete the work.

• System and Performance tests
• Defect Management
• Effective and optimized monitoring of production features and performance
• Risk identification and mitigation
• Test interactions with all services connected to our software
• Effectively communicate the status of Quality Assurance work and incorporate feedback as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in related field and 3-6 years of equivalent professional experience

Demonstrated Skills and Abilities:

• Experience testing cloud-based applications in Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery in a service-oriented architecture preferred
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Track record of troubleshooting/isolating difficult issues at the subsystem or project level
• Experience with the full product release cycle on multiple successful software projects
• Experience testing software products in an Agile development life cycle
• Understanding of applied mathematics, statistics, and probability preferred for some positions
• Familiarity with common Machine Learning frameworks including Tensorflow and Keras preferred for some positions
• Understanding of theory and mechanics of deep learning techniques preferred for some positions
• Experience with essential Linux data manipulation tools like sed, grep, sort, regexes, etc. preferred for some positions
• Experience with Salesforce, Apex, Visualforce, and Copado preferred for some positions
• Experience with SQL database queries and management preferred for some positions
• To successfully perform the essential functions of the job there may be physical requirements which need to be met such as sitting for long periods of time and using computer monitors/equipment
