Responsibilities

• Reviewing quality specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
• Creating detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans, test cases and test matrix.
• Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities.
• Design, develop and execute manual tests and automation scripts.
• Find, isolate, document, regress, and track bugs through resolution using JIRA.
• Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet company standards.
• Liaise with internal teams (e.g., developers and product managers) to identify testing requirements.
• Stay up to date with new testing tools and test strategies.

Required skill set

• 5+ years of software QA testing experience.
• Hands-On Experience in API automation testing; comfortable using Postman with XML, CSV, JSON formats
• Experience in understanding & testing Microservices
• Experience managing and leading offshore team
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Excellent knowledge of Analytics and Data Reporting.
• Hands-on experience in data analysis and machine learning skills
• Strong experience with documents, regress and bug tracking using JIRA.
• Good knowledge of Agile and Scrum process.
• Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting (Oracle, MySQL).
• Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans, test cases and acceptance scenarios in Gherkin language (Cucumber) for BDD; Java, HTML5.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
• Ability to operate within short release cycles.
• Bachelor of Science or Master of Science degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or the equivalent combination of education, experience, and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Desired skill set

• Hands-on experience with automated testing tools (Selenium) is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with accessibility testing using JAWS, NVDA is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with security testing using ZAP is a plus.
• Nice to have some knowledge about Marketing automation tools like Marketo, Eloqua
