Location: Houston, TX

Job Term: Contract

Interview Mode: Interview process will not include a technical assessment. Will be a 1st screening and a 2nd interview with a few additional individuals with the team. Must have good communication skills to explain and discuss their past projects.

Job Description:

MUST have great comm skills and MUST have heavy backend experience in Python

3yrs+ experience with APIs and has a good understanding of them.

- 2yrs+ experience with containerization (Docker or Kubernetes)

4yrs+ experience with Python using the data processing packages like

4yrs+ Pandas, NumPy

- 4yrs+ experienced with databases, both relational and non-relational Specific needs for project:

- Has worked on streaming architectures and moving large amounts of data.

- Has worked directly with business teams to understand needs and engineer solutions.

NOTES:

Client is looking to grow their python team. This is a backend role and needs someone with that has maybe used SQL before and now Python. This is on their Backend Calculation team specifically.

Must have strong data management experience at a large scale.
