Position: Python Developer Location: Mclean, VA

Required Experience and Qualifications

Job Description:

• Write reusable, testable, and efficient code.
• Design and implement of low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications.
• Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server side logic.
• Implementation of security and data protection.
• Integration of data storage solutions.
• Performance tuning, improvement, balancing, usability, automation.
• Work collaboratively with design team to understand end user requirements to provide technical solutions and for the implementation of new software features.
• Hands on experience with Django, Flask or other Python frameworks.
• Good understanding of server-side templating languages such as Jinja 2, Mako, etc .
• Develop the rule engine for import of data and export of output/results in desired format. Test and review the codes to meet quality standards.

Required Skills:

• Prior experience in converting code from other programming language to Python
• Must have experience in developing program in Python and python web framework.
• Extensive years' experience in Python programming.
• Ability to dynamically adapt to conventional big-data frameworks and tools with the use-cases required by the project
• Must be very comfortable with reading and writing Python code
• A Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field is required.
• Excellent communication skills.
