This position is not remote. Qualified candidates must be able to work 100% onsite at the client in Saint Louis.

A Beacon Hill client based in Saint Louis is looking to hire a PHP Application Developer so support a Business Analytics teams. The position involves full LAMP stack development of a variety of unique and challenging projects.

Candidates must have experience in PHP, SQL and one of the following languages: NodeJS, Javascript or VB.NET (client preference is NodeJS.) Experience in HTML, CSS and MySQL development is a huge plus. 80% of the day to day work is PHP development.

The end client works with modern frameworks like MVC, Laravel and Kohana. Qualified candidates will support a variety of web portals used for end client reporting. The includes a mix of maintenance and new application development.

The end client is interested in candidates that have proven that they can solve technical challenges on their own. Apart from hard skills, they are also looking for developers that are responsible, dedicated, loyal, who think outside the box and communicate well.
