GDIT, in association with the Navy's Personnel Modernization (PersMod) program, is seeking a Cloud Automation Engineer to join their team in New Orleans, LA.

Basic Qualifications:

•BS degree; additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree
•4+ years of experience with Cloud Administration and Amazon Web Services (AWS) VPC Network Configuration and Management.
•Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) Cloud Formation Templates.
•Secret clearance

The Engineer:

•Designs, plans and automates AWS cloud Automation Solutions .
•Provides specifications and detailed schematics.
•Provides specific, detailed information for hardware and software selection, implementation techniques, and tools for the most efficient solution to meet business needs, including present and future capacity requirements.
•Conducts testing of solutions.
•Maintains technical expertise in all areas of network and computer hardware and software interconnection relevant to the environment.
