RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce is immediately seeking an experienced Marketing Front End Developer for their global, intelligent networking and software innovation client in Morrisville, North Carolina (NC). Our client innovates everywhere; connecting people, things, processes, and data, reshaping technology across all aspects of life.


Summary:
This individual will help to design and implement the company's digital initiatives through the development of front end assets. You will work closely with stakeholders throughout the organization, including graphic designer, copywriters, content managers, and other web developers to develop and execute a holistic strategy based on value and impact with a strong focus on User Experience.

Responsibilities:
* Developing customer journeys through our Digital Adoption Platform (WalkMe)
* Maintain and catalog library of digital adoption platform assets
* Assess needs and use cases, quickly design impactful and creative solutions, measure results, and iterate and improve to drive optimal outcomes
* Build modular digital adoption flows adaptive based on user behavior and segmentation
* Collaborate with business, technical and creative partners to ensure timely delivery of software readiness, communications and training
* Drive agile development processes to deliver new features and functionality to ensure best in class digital user experience
* Measure and evaluate the impact of solutions developed against KPIs set forth to drive ROI back to the business
* Influence and deliver in an environment with multiple stakeholders, competing priorities and timeline
* Determining the structure and design of web pages
* Ensuring user experience determines design choices
* Developing features to enhance the user experience
* Striking a balance between functional and aesthetic design

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelors degree
* Extensive experience with HTML/CSS and JavaScript
* Experience working with a Digital Adoption Program is preferred, but not required (Walkme, Pendo, Intercom, Whatfix)
* Experience working in a deadline-driven environment, where attention to detail, and the ability to multitask/prioritize a workload of competing priorities
* Ability to independently manage several projects simultaneously and operate under tight deadlines
* A natural excitement and ability to learn technologies and explain technical issues to a variety of audiences, including enterprise architects, developers and management
* Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Background in organizational change management or learning & development is a plus
* UX background is a plus
* Capable in using FTPs and keeping an organized file structure on a web server
* Understanding of key design principles
* Understanding of SEO principles
* Experience with responsive and adaptive design
* Experience with graphic design applications such as Adobe Illustrator
* Good problem solving skills
* Excellent verbal communication skills
* Good interpersonal skills
* Backend knowledge is a plus but not necessary
